Can't fault them

Bagged a .co.uk domain for free from names.co.uk. Not the sexiest bargain I'll ever get, but credit where it is due – you rarely get something for not...

hing nowadays. Support team are great and very helpful when setting up the hosting (added later) as I had a billing query – no great drama and issue was sorted v quickly.

ntext the only upgrade option the website gave me for more than 2Gb was over £800 / year for just email and domain. Other half is a litigation lawyer so might make some fun of this.

Worst hosting company I've ever worked with. Took up to a month to reply to urgent queries. I asked for a copy of all of my data way before my end dat...

e as their platform wasn't working - which also frequently happens. All of my backups were also hosted through them and guess what... they deleted all my data and told me there was nothing they could do. Avoid at all costs. The customer service and experience sucks.
