sing over resources that impact the hostpapa server and he will suspend my account.
To be able to get back mysite to live, I need to pay more money for resources.
The surprise is that when checking the cpanel metrics, I found my site is barely using 16% of the resources in the ultra plan that I purchased.
I found a large group of people (forming a group now) who had been victim to Hostpapa.
This victims got the same email, same steps and same person pushing them to buy more of Hostpapa solutions to fix a problem that doesn't exist.
8n addition, histpapa kept manipulating the php values without letting me know. This caused me to face lot of server errors that I need to dig into for the root cause. This tike time and made mysite unstable for my customers.
I lost money and left to an ethical hosting provider.
Total fail. I paid 2000$ for a MANAGED vps that was not managed for 4 days. The site was down, they couldnt set up 3 different php versions correctly ...
on 2 more addon domains for 4 days. Total dissaster. I fell really sorry that I paid for 2 years.
