You won't have support because every time you click on support, the website asks you to login (despite already being logg... More ed in) and puts you through a continual loop. You're suppose to have wordpress come with ionos for free, but there is no way to do this without paying wordpress huge monthly fees. Their website builder is terrible, you can't do much with it and it just doesn't run very well. Honestly, just save your time and money by going to dreamhost - they are WAY better.
