Easy and productive
Marsha Hankins,
9.2
My experience with Bluehost and BlueSky Pro has been very easy and productive. I had a few problems but they were easily fixed. I could not have done this on my own.

Canceled two years ago and they are still withdrawing money from my bank account
Hillary Hallman,

Contacted support on numerous occasions. Called, emailed (when it was working). I was told that if I did not renew, no charges would be made. They continue to charge my bank account. No method for reaching a human to help.
Terrible service and cloud provider
Matthew S,

They sneak in so many extra fees and services, and support are hopeless (literally lied about the hidden fees). They disregard GDPR law and other EU laws too, not to mention they're about 10x the cost of some other providers.

Winner: Google Cloud Platform

Michael Levanduski Expert Hosting Writer & Tester

Most people use Google on a daily basis but perhaps aren’t all too familiar with Google Cloud Platform. Though it’s great for cloud hosting, that’s all the Google Cloud Platform offers, whereas BlueHost provides a full suite of hosting solutions, including cloud. Its customers can also choose from shared hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers. BlueHost’s prices come in much cheaper than they do with the Google Cloud Platform too, and the customer support on offer is more dependable. BlueHost provides a 24/7 live chat service and the Google Cloud Platform doesn’t have live chat. This, amongst plenty of other reasons, like greater hosting options and potential, is why BlueHost is the better provider and comes out on top in this comparison.
