How to Create Bundle Products in Magento 2

Introduction

Magento 2 is an incredible e-commerce platform that gives online store owners multiple options to present their products. One of these fantastic options is the Bundle Product.

A Bundle Product is almost similar to the Grouped Product, but it gives your customers the ‘build-Your-Own’ freedom. This means your customers have the freedom to select the item(s) they want to add in the Bundle Product. Also, the Option allows you to set a fixed or dynamic value for the bundle, and each item in the Bundle Product can be either Simple or Virtual product.

This tutorial will give you step-by-step instructions on how to create a Bundle Product on your Magento store.

Ready? Let’s go!

Step 1 – Selecting The Product Type

Log into the Admin Dashboard, Click Catalog, and select Products.

Step 2 – Entering The Required Product Details

Once you select the Bundle Product option, a new window will pop up. Enter all the required details including the SKU, Weight, and Price, then set them to Dynamic or Fixed options.  If you want the Price to change based on the select items, leave the price field blank. Remember, a Fixed Price option allows you to stipulate a fixed price for the Bundle Product; the price doesn’t change with the changing customer choices.

I have set the Product Name as Sprite Yoga Companion Kit.

Step 3 – Completing The Product Details Section

Next, scroll down to the Bundle Items section. Here, you need to select how you want the Bundle Product to be shipped. There are two options; the products can be shipped Separately or Together.

Select your preferred shipping options and click Add Option.
