VPS 5E/month

Bought a 5E/month VPS. After 2 days paid for an upgrade. Nobody gave a f*** to make that upgrade. More that 48h and still waiting. A sales person tell me that a human being is doing that upgrade and it will take time ...

Hello, Bogdan,

Thank you for your review.

While server activation is automated, our team handles virtual server upgrades manually. If there are multiple requests, they are resolved in a chronological manner.

From what we learned, you paid for the upgrade on Monday evening (around 8 PM), which was finished on Wednesday morning at 9 AM.

We are sorry for the waiting time, we will use your feedback to improve our services.

Regards,
The ROMARG Team

Excelente servicii

Dupa mine cei mai tari in domeniul acesta
