Their virtual dedicated servers are very fast and reliable. They run great and my site is always up and running. I am 100% happy with the service they provide. The one problem is they are expensive, but you do get a great service for the price. Best hosting option in all of Australia.
When it comes to Australian hosting, Micron 21 is the best there is. They are very advanced and use high quality hardware. They are very reliable and never have issues that I have seen. In over a year I have no real complaints.
