Had Shared web hosting before, then passed to an VPS, and now I have more than an year with them, had no big problems overall, when I needed support from them, they usually responded in some hours, even if it's self-managed.
I have been with FTH for over a year now, and I can say without a doubt that their services are fantastic.
I have had many of their services over my time with them, and each has been fantastic! When it comes to DDoS protection from little kids, it is great! However, as is with all DDoS protection technologies, there are always bypasses; though it is rare to come across them more often than not.
I've personally run VPN servers and TOR nodes on their services, no complaints!
I've been using Hostlease previously and due to tons of issue and false positive reports against my service, they suspended. While Fulltimehosting, I can't say no. They're the best web hosting company I've ever dealt with. Emile, one of the FTH's Administrator is always there to help me on both Discord as well as support ticket. Support ticket is recommended because their average response time is always less than 12 hours. Actually, the fact is, 12 hours was something I waited for the longest to get respond out of my dozens of tickets. Fastest? It's just 5 minutes! I bet many hosting providers like Namecheap would take more than 5 minutes to respond to live chat support but they do it with ticket!
I have whole story to write but I don't want to bore you. Their service is awesome but the support is greatest!
would be nice if i actually got a server from day 1 they detected me as a bot then blocked my account the next day they told me my address was invalid yet it was not and blocked my account i contacted there support they said you have no reason to retain here, all i wanted was to pay for a vps, worst company ever wasted hours of my time for no god damn reason the site seems to be ran by kids quite honestly if you want good hosting avoid this site at all costs these people are just stupid.
