As you've mentioned, we can't give out people's files. Our servers are self managed and we don't have access to people's servers. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything for it.

I mean even you said in your review that the servers are great but you got scammed by someone else and then you asked the company to hand out that scammer\'s personal data and for obvious reasons, they refused so you posted a negative review.
