Australia’s parent company, announces the acquisition of , an Australian retail provider of web hosting and domain names, in a deal worth “seven figures.”
Nexigen Digital is Australia’s largest privately-owned group of online service providers. It includes brands such as VentraIP Australia, Synergy Wholesale, and Digital Eagles.
The company has over 85 employees and 200,000 customers. With the newest acquisition, Nexigen Digital will bring in 15,000 additional clients and 40,000 services into VentraIP.
Angelo Giuffrida, who serves the role of a Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Nexigen Digital, had this to say:

Giuffrida further spoke regarding the challenges that 2020 brought to small businesses and sole traders. He added:

In the beginning, Net Virtue clients will log in in the same manner as before, using the nvArea. However,
will move the services to manage them from the VIPControl, their management system. If the company needs to conduct physical hosting migration of services, they will notify the customers via email.With this acquisition,
clients will receive access to the 24/7 Australian support team by live chat, eTicket, and phone, along with a new customer portal with more features and an updated user interface. They will also benefit from brand new HP servers with the latest Intel Platinum CPU and customizable hosting plans, powered by Select.The new and improved hosting plans allow customers to pay exclusively for what they need and use, such as the new WordPress Toolkit with advanced features such as cloning and staging or managed updates.
Nexigen Digital has also acquired Melbourne-based digital marketing agency Digital Eagles a few days before to bolster its digital marketing brand Circular Media Group.
