Zoom Hosting services are cheap and easy to pay. However, their servers are slow and produces unwanted 403 forbidden errors. I've never experienced a fast hosting until I transferred my website in another free hosting company. Imagine, a free hosting that performs better than Zoom's paid hosting.
I only buy 6 months but they don't cancel my account for not renewing on the day it expired. The worse is its was already 2 years they still keep on charging me even though I already stopped using their hosting service and the same in my domain. I chat them and send a ticket they replied if i want to cancel my subscription, but why they need to ask me if do i need to cancel my subscription they know i did not renew my subscription but after a long chat to them nothing happen.
