Very bad support given by xozz hosting, they don't have any knowledge how to update the backup file, their technician always said we will get back yo you soon, everyone replied they told me we are updating the database still website not working, no call support, no email support I lose my data and website as well. I will suggest you do not buy any hosting from them. They are thieves and frauds.
I have made multiple payments for few domains. Only the money has been debited but services are not provided.

Never go to purchase hosting from this time pass company like XOZZ they are not giving reply to any one if you want to purchase then they will reply on live chat and after that not reply no response very very very poor service by them this is the sister company of Leapswitch Networks Pvt Ltd. before 3-4 years a go service are to better but when Leapswitch Networks Pvt Ltd. has taken over this xozz after that not proper service even not providing Cpanel They don't have any proper technical support. they provide open source cpanel, which don't works. I just wasted my 4 days on creating a database and meanwhile no support from xozz in short ALL TYPE OF PROBLEM WITH XOZZ, NOT GOOD SERVER, NO MAIL SUPPORT, NO LIVE CHAT SUPPORT Be aware from this Fraud Company.
Do not buy this hosting, most of the time showing 500 errors on a live website, The customer support team never gives any feedback and most of the time the support team does not resolve my 500 error issue after creating the ticket.

Xozz Hosting : The worse mistake that I have done in my life.
Never go for this hosting. They don't have any proper technical support. Recently there cpanel got cancelled then they came up with new open source cpanel, which don't works. I just wasted my 2 days on creating a database and uploading the backup after this. but this one also not working properly. the session is logged out every time and the database shut down in the middle of backup upload. To be honest, I chose this one just by trusting that they will provide some good service. I have already gone through the previous review, but i though that it happens with few of people. But now I can tell you that really, it is worse hosting. Never go for it. Or else you will waste your time as well as client trust.
