We have now written to them so that they will return the money. But we will probably report the issue on Paypal, because we doubt that they will return the money. Zero contact from their site.

first cPanel displayed a message that the cPanel version is for a trial period and the period has already finished and you can not log in. I was able to log in via FTP. Now, even through FTP, I can not. My client does not hide the dissatisfaction that his website still does not work. Earlier, I wrote to them for a refund. And silence on email! They did not respond. It is not known who actually runs this hosting because it points to several other hosts. Be warned! You do not want to waste money and time away from these cheaters.
Don't event think about to trust your important data on x3host. They can just could delete your data easily then disappear. X3host is the most Unprofessional & Untrustable hosting provider that I ever had.
I have ordered an OpenVZ VPS and the service is working since 1 year great for me, I wanted to share my review with others maybe help them in choosing their right web hosting.
Got a KVM VPS from them and now it is already 20 days offline. I started talking to support before more than one week and they do not seem to be concerned. Told me 2+ times to check again if VPS works just to see it is offline, no ping. Now i even do not see a VPS under SolusVM which is a host node control panel.
If your KVM VPS has issues with network, So you need to continue chatting with our support, You can't say that the service is scam for a technical issue!
One month passed. still no service... their support is absolutely pathetic, closed my ticket three times without response. I advise you to start delivering the service or providing refund. I expect you being fair and open in the ticket communication and that mean you explain situation and either deliver service in couple of days or offer a refund.
VPS is again down, My uptime is around 10% (yes, 90% of all time down), for last 5 months. I think positive reviews must be fake or i am on bad server. But their support is ignorant, closing tickets without solving them.
I got the bad experience with them too,... they deleted my vps without any warning or notification, and I lost all my client website, and they just ignore, not replying ticket and disappear.
