Probably the best Windows VPS for the price, if you don't mind a couple issues.
This service has its pros and cons.
On the plus side, they offer the cheapest US-based Windows VPS's I could find anywhere (aside from one other place that got terrible reviews). The server is fast. I haven't had any issues yet with performance, so I don't think they over-commit resources. Support is fairly responsive (despite it being based out of Singapore). They aren't the most helpful (I got a lot of pat answers), but they never left me in a lurch. Seems like a good VPS for a great price.
On the other hand, these servers were definitely used for SPAM in the past, and emails I send from my server go straight to Junk Mail on some email services and are blocked completely by Hotmail/Outlook (as in, the emails bounce back undeliverable because the IP is blacklisted). The server's Gateway is on multiple SPAM lists. As a result, I would have a hard time using this for a legit web server, since any emails sent from it might not make it to their destination. If you're using it for some other computing purpose, that probably wouldn't be an issue. Also, they don't offer any backup of any kind (even at an additional cost). You have to work out your own server config/file backups in the event of data loss.
I've tried several Windows VPS platforms over the last few years. Vultr, VirMach, Rockhoster, Database Mart, CheapWindowsVPS.
So far, WindowsVPS.Host has the best combination of price, speed, and reliability. I've been using them for a month without issue. The network speed is always over 100Mbps/100Mbps. There hasn't been any down time. And the machine itself is fast (e.g. CPU and disk).
On my previous VPS at Rockhoster, you could definitely tell that they over-utilize the host machines. It'd sometimes take up to a full minute to open something like the browser or VS Code, even though the CPU was showing at <9% utilization. Even the Start menu and Task Manager was sluggish to open.

I lost all my data I had payment issues for 2 days, and by the time it was resolved my service was terminated and all data was gone, according to the support there was no backup or nothing they could do. Terrible service, avoid them.
WindowsVPS.Host is defiently one of the best hosting companies out there, the speeds of the VPS are unbelievable! I don't know how they can provide such a cheap service at this quality. The support is fantastic, the staff are super friendly and are always happy to help!
What can I say, I signed up a little hesitant with the pricing model correlating to low quality. I've been a client since January of this year and I can say I am very impressed by the level of support. quality of services and great 24/7 technical support guys who I can reach out to anytime. I highly recommend this host.
