Not want activate my VPS and continue to ask a proof of my identity. Done. But now not respond to my mail. Fraud.

i just bought a vps form them, shortly i coudnt do any thing, i canot install what i want, i have tryed aapanel webmine cyberpanel ajenti virtualmine control-web-panel nothing work ....

i swear i niver see bad support like them , thanswer your ticket support after 6 hours and maybe second day , i hate them really ,they make me lose all my customers and my bussinse ,

change my paypal. ask me for pay the money again. no support

they keep sending us letter saying we have to pay them. just a total fraud stay away stay away.

Hello I was client about 7-8 months with them and now i wanted to cancel the vps from them because i completed my works and now i have my other works , they want me to just keep payin the servers without using they are sayin that i must pay the server for some reason i dont understand them , they are thiefs and cheating clients seriosly dont try to order something from them they are cheating the clients.

Tried to buy a VPS from them, they asked for proof of ID. Fine, showed them my passport. Then they asked for proof of residence in UK, fine. I showed them my national insurance letter + 2 bills received in the last 6 months on my address. Also paid with UK card in my name which is impossible to get without being a resident. They kept asking for residence card so I showed them UK gov website where it says you don't need one if you're from the EU. They told me they can just cancel it if I don't provide them with residence card. I told them to cancel at that point and to eat s**t but that was redundant as they were already doing that. Don't recommend.
