We orders VPS sERVERS--ALL OF WHICH CAME TO US BLACKLISTED--THEN IN OUR ATTEMPT TO REMOVE TRUNCATE BLACKLISTING (TYPICALLY OCCURS DUE TO MALWARE OR VIRUS) THEY CUT US WHEN WE INFORMED THEM OF THE DISCOVERED INFECTION
We then went in to have them honour their 30 day money back gaurantee and they rejected our request. We are not unsophisticated in this area, therefore if you are a consumer looking at this review, and you are decideing on who to work with--when it comes to VPSBG run!!!!!!!!!!!!! do not walk--they are completely unethical
As a customer since Feb 2015, I can easily say that so far this is my favorite hosting company. With every hosting I've used before them, I used to have periodic issues with DDoS attacks, which were the cause for me to get kicked out by the companies or get my international traffic cut off, losing precious real visitors. I chose VPS.BG during such downtime caused by heavy attacks, and they stepped in and protected my website. During the years with them, I've experienced some more attacks, but they always managed to mitigate them and were not limiting my traffic or threatening to stop my service like every other company does.
