I have not faced any issues yet. Till now I didn't face any issue so I didn't need Support. Website speed is fast compared to GoDaddy and A2 (my previous providers). I am enjoying Viewen.
So now the so called "president" of viewen.com is making fake reviews, he didn't even changed his name to make this review. This alone speaks so much about the 9.0 superb! company. Take my advice and avoid viewen.com at all costs, believe me it will save you tons of headaches.
No serious hosting service, no quality service, bad support, bad uptime service and instability from Viewen hosting service. No serious business can grow here.
If you are new to software development (any area), this site "could" be helpful but anyways I would just recommend you to use any other service than Viewen, you have larger hosting companies like Hostinger and Hostgator and these are just two examples from hundreds who provides cheap hosting services for a good quality service.
Everything is good from price to features. Only issue is my website is littlebit slow when checked for performance on online website benchmark. Also rarely the website takes 25 seconds to load. Other than that everthing is great. Also the billing is just 1.5$ for month. I searched for 1 hour and found other hosting providers with 1.5-2$ but only for 2-3 year plans. So I chose viewen.
Support is Worst now...They provide unlimited everything....but servers are not well enough....slow website speed which will not help you to grow. Go for some trusted hosting companies out there. Don't waste money here. The money they are charging right now is similar to any big hosting company will charge, so it's better to not use their services.
they delete your account without any notification, 3 years of work on mly website and they delete it last month, and the only respond is "sorry" thank you !!!!!
Please don't go for their services, worst service in the world. Your website will go slow and can't able to upload or upgrade anything in the C-Panel and backend. I raised tickets so many times and did hundred times call but no response. And, they said - there is no problem from our side, all the issues are from your side only. We can't do anything, if you need good service then go maximum VPN plan as our other plan always work like this. I used their hosting only for 15 days then switched to other international hosting provider. We are F**ked up really and wasted our money.

Viewen deletes Free User Accounts without any email notification
They were a great host with great support but they deleted my free account without any email intimation. They announced this news on their site and simply started deleting accounts without any email to users.
