I have contacted Veesp through all of their contact details available and I am still yet to receive as little as a response. I have been professional and detailed in all of my reports, and to receive no response is quite frankly rude. If you're looking for a hosting provider which facilitates the upload of Child Sexual Abuse Material and violating Copyright Laws, and which ignores reports of these, then I 100% recommend.
They are little suspicious about foreign customers, but with this ton of scammers and spammers, who isn't? Very fast and decent support. I saw some people complaining about "rude answers", but I didn't see it. Come on dude, it's a hosting company not your psychotherapist! Just a newly arrived customer review.
Extremely bad experience with them. 5 days after my purchase i need an OS that the dont have , and the previous version of the OS, they have, but do not work.... Ask for my refund and, of course, only excuses and no money.... Stay away from them.
The list of available operating systems is right on the order page, you saw it when you were ordering the server. Nevertheless, you ordered the server, used it for several whole days, and then asked for a refund because we do not provide the operating system you need, which you knew about beforehand. This is clearly not a legitimate reason for a refund, moreover, it can be considered fraud.
