Despite their $19 per month hosting plan claiming to support multiple WordPress sites, TheOnionHost.com failed to handle just four of my websites. Their servers were frequently busy and operating under high resource usage, leading to poor performance.
Lack of Support for Business Needs:
The company showed a blatant disregard for my business needs. Instead of addressing performance issues, they simply blocked my sites. There was no warning or prior notice, just an abrupt halt to my online presence.
Unannounced System Upgrades:
One of the most frustrating aspects was their practice of performing major system upgrades without any prior notification. This led to my sites being down for several days at a time, severely impacting my business operations.

The team then only gave me a "few hours" to remedy something I had no idea I was out of compliance with.
