Diverse Hosting Features

The features offered with this company are quite good, but some of the packages are too expensive.  They also don’t really make it all that easy to figure out exactly which package you will be getting.  Most hosting providers give you a simple chart so you can see what each level of hosting will get you, but this one has it more spread out, which is not as easy.  They do talk a lot more about each individual feature though, which can be nice.

For example, they discuss how they can help keep your sites up to date and remove threats of hacking and other similar things.  They also discuss the benefits of the control you will get from each package. The bottom line here is if you are willing to invest the time needed to learn about each package, you can make a very informed decision.  If you would rather have a place you can go to learn what you need at a glance, this layout will be inconvenient.

Excellent Technical Support

The technical support team is very good and they really know what they are doing. They can be reached through a phone number during business hours, or through a ticketing system.  They also monitor their social network accounts so you can often get in touch with them that way if you need to. They don’t really provide a lot of self-help material like a knowledge base or a frequently asked questions page though, so if you like to do things on your own you will need to be able to do your own research too.

Pricing

Some Options are Overpriced

The pricing varies greatly depending on which hosting package you choose.  Some of them are quite reasonable, but others are overpriced.  For example, the ‘Tornado’ hosting package is a shared option that starts at 5 Euro per month.  This is more than you should pay for any type of shared hosting, even if it is a great package.  Most people will find that they are able to find a good package for a reasonable price, but only if you really take the time to identify what you need and match that up with the right package that is offered.

There is really no doubt that the quality of hosting offered by Syse is quite good.  If you want to get this level of hosting, however, you really need to take your time and make sure you select the right package.  If you rush in, you’ll end up paying more than you need to.  Even with that, however, you’ll get a good hosting experience for your sties.
