My site is a personal blog - not at all mission-critical. It's a self-installed WordPress platform, which comes with plenty of niggles on other services: missing PHP modules, misplaced CGI folders, draconic file size limits, and some file format blocked altogether. SSD Cloud offers excellent tech support. Replies are quick, to the point, and resolved more quickly than most companies even register a support request.
I haven't been aware of any outages. I currently have a cloud VPS hosting account with 3 sites hosted on it. I am getting excellent page load times compared to the previous host which is why I switched to SSD Cloud provider. I was very surprised by the backup tools they provide which I did not expect at all.

Excellent customer support and overall the best experience I had since I purchased SSD Cloud KVM VPS hosting 5 months ago after reading the reviews here itself by googling. If there are any other problem, they will connect to the client machine through logmein account and they will fix it. So I am still very happy with them.
I can also add that SSD Cloud network and server uptime are great - cos my sites are running fast and always up. Their tech support team get double thumbs up - they helped me with setup, explaining me everything in polite manner, and vitally important fact is that they work 24/7. A 4 star host!
I'd recommend SSD Cloud to anyone who's looking for a KVM VPS hosting solution. The pricing is not so good I must say, especially when considering their features. The customer service has been excellent, response times are fast.
So far they are very responsive and have received no downtime notices from monitoring. It looks good. While it did take a couple of days to come to a resolution, I am impressed with SSD Cloud commitment to support and service.
