Wij huren sinds 2018 een aantal servers. Nooit echte problemen gehad, en daarom deze positieve review. Ook in het weekend goed bereikbaar als er problemen zijn. Ik zou zeggen ga zo door.
I ordered VPS and had some problems to upload my website so my VPS was empty. But in 10 days I got an abuse complaint! When I replied to the ticket I got this answer: "You have received this report because the 1 IP address(es) and/or domains linked to this report are under your control". So I got an abuse complaint just because the IP of my new VPS is blacklisted!!! I don't recommend this service!
Yesterday, there was an outage on the systems of Spamhause caused this false positive. This is powerlessness that we couldn't do anything about.

Служба поддержки не стремиться решить проблему, в случае если им не понятны причины возниковнвения тикета, просто закрыли аккаунт со всеми средствами на нем.
We have multiple servers with this company and are happy with the services provided. They may not be our cheapest supplier but as far dutch datacenters go and the services provided we believe you will have a great deal.

We have clearly communicated that our system is automated. This means that the server gets suspended when you do not pay for your invoice before its due date. Moreover, we always send 3 payment reminders to make sure that you do not miss the due date of your servers. Having said that, we did respond to your email by asking you how much time you needed for the server unsuspension. Unfortunately, you didn't reply to this email from 3 days ago. As a consequence, the server got suspended, so this could have been avoided by simply replying to our email.
Dit bedrijf is gewoon echt top ! Ze zijn goed bereikbaar en leveren wat ze beloven. Servers werken echt goed ! De medewerkers hebben veel respect! Ik heb niets negatiefs te melden.

I've had various servers with snel for over five years and they get better every year. In particular the support has improved drastically whether it be email support of an ever incresing amount of easy to understand documentation.
