Experience worse always Don’t buy sh*t service No support Never response on any tickets or call Always been waiting My websites are down for months now but still they don’t care

i have bought a hosting and domain from them and paid by my card and found error then I paid then by jazz cash and latter found my card is also charged by skyhost . I called them and they want me to issue a tick . issued the ticket but got no response. few days latter i called again and got same response we are looking into this . then i got an email for acknowledge that "Refund is in process. You will get refund in 7-10 working days. " till date not response i called them and want the status and getting response its a auto process you will get refund by the bank . while there is no such system that bank or merchant such auto refund . they can only charge my while the accept the payment. while asking this question the so called manger named Ali say jo karna hea kr lain . . be careful of such scam people.

Frequent down times. Pathetic customer support service. No response to support tickets. Would never recommend this company to others.
