Support is terrible. If you create ticket, trying to time by time to reach with them, after some time they just close ticket... It's a joke how support works... Avoid these scammers with fake reviews.
It's just a joke how support works. If you can avoid these clowns. One man business not going to good direction. I waited for server 4 days, support answered in a minute, but to solve problem takes 3 days.... It's a joke, not company.
there is no support at all. the server restart button in the panel does not work. several times I have waited over 30 hours for a manual reboot. on average, support responds to email once a day. there is no point in using the support chat at all. it's a lot like a one-man business. the same name answers both in the chat and by mail. in technical issues, in billing issues, etc. and you constantly have to wait. I ordered one configuration - they installed a completely different one. now more about problems with servers (I had several of them there): 1. persistent problems with NVME disks. they are worn out, they are constantly disconnected (possibly a problem with adapters / connectors). support does not solve this problem. i'm waited for a 3 weeks for replace and this is not happned. server was not working properly all this time. i asked for refund but this also not happened. 2. cheating with the uplink. they promise you 1Gbps without traffic limitation, and in fact, as soon as you exceed a certain speed or bandwidth, then they turn on a 150 Mbps shaper. support refers to problems with the channel with the outside world, but this "problem" has been going on for over 4 weeks. The funny thing is that if you test speed (via iperf) between 2 of their servers, the speed also does not exceed 150 Mbps, which means that this is not a problem with external channels, but simply a bandwidth limitation.
