They are Reliable and efficient. I rarely experience down time except when they are carrying out maintenance, and they even notify me before they do. Their customer reps are also polite.

Their customer support is top notch, like, they reply fast unlike other hosting companies I've used. Initially I was skeptical when one of their support rep asked me,to open a ticket, but then i did and I got my issue resolved in less then 10 mins
They have poor email security. I only had the experience of spoofing and phishing on websites I hosted with them.
Their go-to response is "We also strongly recommend you implement recaptcha on your contact form(s) and comment section of your wordpress/joomla incase you have any of such open source ware running in your account." Kindly note that these steps were done before the spoofing began.
For a non-technical person, it can be a nightmare.
