If you bought the add-on managed services this means in practice the only support they will provide you is to tell you what to do yourself in the cpanel. They hardly do anything for you, only when you put a lot of pressure on them they will help you.

They always are available to answer questions be in Skype or Ticketing. I have never had an issue with my site being down or with the tools such as cPanel or webmail that offshorededi provides. I am very happy and recommend them to my friends who need offshore web hosting services.
