Wonderful hosting company. I would never consider using anyone else for my web design and hosting company.
I have been with NTC Hosting for many many years, hosting multiple domains, and they have never let me down, and have been lightning fast at resolving issues, even if it don't directly affect their service.
After searching for several weeks and trying several hosting companies, NTC was the ONLY one that was able to provide FULL FrontPage support and all its functions, pages such as .asp .shtml, and support for include files. Their Hespia control panel is excellent, their online support bot actually works and was very helpful in setting up my site. I pay a bit more for FP than standard hosting, but I've been using FP and Impressions Web 4 for 20 years and wanted to stay with known (although no longer MS supported) But NTC support meets my needs. The best service and quality on the web. We looked and looked and tried other firms and had dismal or below par experiences. But then we found NTC Hosting and gave them a try. Whenever we had issues they helped. Knowledgeable and fast service. We never had down time AND they have a lot to offer. Check them out and I am sure you'll agree!
I recently set up a web on NTC and wanted to use FrontPage for access and the ability to use include files. They were the only company out of 5 who claimed full FP extension support and access. Their Hepsia control panel is a generation ahead of any of the others that I have used over the last 20 years. I rate NTC servers and their support A+ Jake
Don't sign for services with NTC. They don't care about your business and are only interested I taking your money. Watch out for nonrefundable automated withdrawal of money from your account. They don't care about customer service - they only care about getting paid and not whether you use the service or not. I asked for a refund on a service 3 days after it autorenewed despite my business already being in liquidation and they refused. Took money for no work. Make sure you host elsewhere if you want to do business with people who are interested in your success as much as theirs...
Very disappointed. After years of being NTC customer we got the bad surprise. The team decided to renew all our service one day in advance ( they wrote us the renew is on the 15th and they did on the 14th) so we did not have time to deactivate several services. (We had just upgraded to dedicated server). After making them notice that we didn't have time to deactivate because on the day before was already paid they answer NO REFUNDS. That's the worst behavior ever with a customer. So better to use others services, we do not suggest to use NTC.
If you're like me trying to run a small businesss... AVOID
Email and hosting crashes on average once every two weeks for an estimated + or - 4 hours at a time always during work hours (USA). They also perform SCHEDULED maintenance during work hours. Everything else is reasonable, but I would avoid if you require lots of uptime (who doesn't).
