Host doesnt answer...
I order my VPS on 11. November 2018...nothing happend and the support dont answer my tickets. Whats the problem ? I payed directly with bitcoin and its confirmed. Maybe the make holidays? Whatever. Please activate my VPS or send my money back.

Service used: DDoS Protection Services
Hosting with them the biggest torrent site from my country and since moving to them i forgot about problems.
The support guys are helpful and reply fast the few times i send ticket .
Price could be better but good price/quality service ratio overall.

It was not a great Experience...
I hosting here over 3 months and they need a long time for activate my hosting packet. They answer my support mails after 72 hours (you can upgrade to premium support for 60€ - too expensive for me) and yea... i will change to a other hosting provider. Sorry. And refund policy? Nothing.
