This company hides behind voicemail. I dare you to try and get anyone on the phone , in sales, support or billing! they wont return calls or respond to emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
This review must be fake, I never hat trouble to get anyone on the phone during the office hours. The support is very fast competent. Outside office hours, the support is available almost around the clock by e-mail.
I agree with Daniel Kummer, this must be a fake email. Metanet customer support is fantastic and super fast. Using it for the last few months, wonderful experience by all means.
