I bought 3 Thai VPS last month for VPN. That's so stable that make me feel good. They will provide a simple control panel which make me manage my VPS easily. I built VPN by myself, there were so many faults during the building, so I really need to re-install the VPS, the control panel qiukly solve it. I love it so much.
The only disadvantage is they don't support Payoneer, I can only pay with Paypal.
