They have been in business for quite some time, and seem to do a great job at offering entry level sites a good quality hosting experience at a very low price. They clearly display their current site uptime, which as of this writing is 99.53%.
They don’t really display where their main office is, or even where their data centers are located, but that is not uncommon for companies that only offer shared hosting. You will get to choose from six different packages, all of which have the option to host unlimited domains, and provide unlimited emails.
Overall, this is a great option for anyone who is just looking for really cheap hosting and doesn’t need any major extras. They seem to provide a good experience and even a few nice features that customers will be very happy with.
They guarantee 99% uptime, which is actually fairly low compared to many other companies. Their actual uptime is displayed on their site, and currently sits at 99.53%. While this isn’t too bad, it also isn’t the best. Of course, you get what you pay for so when you think about the price, the reliability won’t likely be much of an issue.
You will get everything you need for a very inexpensive price. The disk space starts off at just 10MB, which is very low but enough for some simple static pages. The limit on bandwidth is 100MB per month at this lowest hosting package.
Obviously, these numbers are very low, but for some people who are just looking to post content for a very limited audience, that is enough. You can move up to higher packages as you need them and it only takes moments to upgrade. The highest level hosting package gives you 10,000MB, which is enough for most entry level sites. You also get 10GB of bandwidth, again, that is not bad for a simple site.
In addition, you’ll get the cPanel control panel, which is one of the best. You’ll have spam protection, and Softaculous for one click installs of hundreds of apps. The features available are actually quite good for the price you have to pay.
You will mostly have to use their email or ticketing system in order to get the support you need. They do have a live chat option, but only for limited hours. T hey also don’t have a technical support phone line, so you can’t directly call for assistance. When you do have issues, however, they tend to respond quickly from what I can find.
They don’t have too much by way of self-help information on their site.
This is really the sweet spot for this company. When you first look at their prices you may think that they aren’t all that good. Then you will look closer and see that the prices are per year, making it an incredible deal. The lowest package is just $3 per year. You can go up incrementally to the most expensive package, which is still just $25 per year.
This is one of the cheapest companies out there for quality shared hosting, and since you don’t need to worry about displaying their ads or other things, this is an excellent option for anyone who just wants simple hosting.
This company really will only appeal to those who want very inexpensive hosting. If it weren’t for the great pricing, most people would never even consider this site. That being said, however, the pricing really is great so many people will be very happy with the value.
