I didn’t see any type of uptime guarantee listed on their site.  While that is unfortunate, they do offer good quality hardware in high end data centers so the chances are that you won’t run into any type of outages or anything like that.  They also use load balancing and cloud services within many of their options, which will further ensure you don’t have any unwanted outages.  I looked around on social media and other sites too and most people seem to be quite happy with the stability of the hosting they provide.

Features

Mostly Standard Features

The features with this company are fairly typical.  For the shared hosting, you will get 1 gig of disk space and 100 gigs of bandwidth.  While not the most I’ve seen, it will be enough for most people.  You’re also limited to just one domain.  As you move up to higher levels of hosting you will get additional disk space and bandwidth and you are allowed to host more domains too.  For all but the lowest level package you also get a free domain, which will make starting a website even less expensive.

You can choose from either Linux, FreeBSD or Windows for your VPS hosting solutions.  They have plenty of options to choose from as well.  It seems that they are using 3.3GHz CPUs for the most part at this level, and you can choose to have one or more of these processors to meet your needs.  The memory starts a little lower than what I would expect, but you can choose higher level options to get what you need.  Hard disk space and bandwidth are both more than enough for any site so you don’t have to worry about that.

Dedicated servers are all pre-configured and come in a lot of different options.  THey have anything from a lower level Intel Atom CUP up to Intel Core i3.  None of these CPUs are extremely high end though, so that is a little disappointing.  It seems like they should at least offer one option with an i7 or higher CPU.  Memory can come anywhere from 8 to 64 gigs and the hard disk space ranges from about 500 gigs up to several TB.  Overall, the features available are pretty nice.

They don’t provide too much information about the support they provide.  They do seem to allow you to contact them by phone, live chat and email, but it is not 100% clear whether this is just for sales or if they also have these options for tech support. They have a blog with some nice information on it.   I didn’t find anyone complaining about bad support either so that is a good sign.

Price

Wide Range of Pricing Options

The prices with this company range from just $1 per month all the way up to nearly $700, and everything in between.  This means you will be able to find the right package at a price that works for you.  The features you get for the prices are in line with what you would expect to see from other companies too.  I didn’t see anything about a money back guarantee or anything like that either.

Whether you’re just starting a personal blog or you’re running a mid-sized company site that gets a lot of traffic, this hosting provider can handle it all.  They have lots of options, including the option to host your site in a country near your target audience.  This should make them an obvious choice to consider for most people.  The prices are also quite reasonable and they have a good reputation for quality so the chances are everyone will be quite happy with the overall hosting experience they get.
