Great Support. They provide good cloud service at a Cheap Price. my last server provider charges me a lot as compared to their services. My friend recommends me the hostyd. my experiences with the hostyd are superb.
My experience with hostyd is great, the uptime is excellent and the technical support is always there to provide the necessary help. Currently I have 5 VPS and all of them doing great job... Recommanded
This is by far the worst hosting service I have ever used. It takes multiple support tickets for them to solve simple issues. Beyond that when you try to cancel your service they say it is canceled and it says on your dashboard that it is, but then you receive an email a few months later that your package will be renewed even though you never asked for it and your package is already canceled.
After that, I sent them multiple tickets asking to delete my account and remove billing information to which I never got an answer. Save yourself some time and money and choose another hosting company.
I reached out to their support with multiple tickets over the last 2 months but there is no reply or my tickets are put on hold!
Conveniently, there is also no way to remove your payment/billing information on your account. If a company does not provide this function then it is a red flag.
When I use to create tickets for general support issues, they were replied to within a few hours max but when it came to cancellation, support disappears.
Poor business strategy and I will have to talk to my bank to cancel the payments manually plus ask them to put the business on a blacklist so other people do not get into this situation.
Totally unprofessional and poor business ethics.
Avoid at all costs and save yourself the headache.
Currently, it is one of the best hosts in terms of quality/price. With the possibility of creating a personalized configuration, while having no problems. The support is fast and unlike many web hosts that I test at this price.
Their support is super messy sometimes the response is within 1 minute and sometimes I have to wait hours! I do not recommend hosting this for any fee !!!
What the heck? They change the server without my permission and when I ask for refund they said you are not qualified for any refund because you passed the refund period! Too bad service and host!!!!
Someone recommended me hostyd on reddit and I was hesitated to move here but since I moved my all sites and start using hostyd I am super relaxed. I suggest everyone to try this host. Thank you.
