site crashes all the time and the autobackup feature failed so the site was lost. the help pages do not reflect the reality of the site - refers to a 'directadmin' login which does not exist. Copied and pasted from another site.

After searching for a new web hosting provider I came across hostworld. The sales team were great, happy to answer any questions I had and helped me place my order.
