The support is very fast and helpful. After I submit a ticket I receive a reply within a very short time. The support with service in mind, trying to do things for you, totally satisfied with their service.
Geekspen company is a fraud company. They've taken sub contact from other server company. Once you've taken a server from geekspen they will lock your server after a month or two stating reason that the company is without money to pay the main server and the owner will request your money as loan and promise to repay working two months. But once you give money, he will keep on asking you money and keep on locking your server every month.
So beware. Don't go to geekspen. It is a fraud company.
