They have been the #1 ranked hosting company in that country since 2005, which really says something about the quality of service they offer. With over 60,000 customers ranging from individual blogs to large corporate sites, this is a nice hosting option to consider. They list some interesting stats including that they serve people from 121 different countries, manage 1000+ servers, 100,000+ websites, and over a million email accounts.
The company has shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, Wordpress Hosting and cloud options to choose from. You can also opt for co-location services if you need that for your business.
Uptime & Reliability
Hosting Seems Stable
The hosting with this company appears to be very stable. I did not see any uptime guarantee on their site, but the site is kind of cluttered with dozens of different pages. I looked through a variety of sources and didn’t find people complaining about downtime, but since most users are in Malaysia, that might not be surprising since any complaints would be in that language. That being said, they do use good hardware and data centers so the chances are your site will be nice and stable.
Tons of Hosting Options
This company offers A LOT of different options when it comes to hosting. Each category (shared, VPS, dedicated, ect) is broken up into several sub-categories before you finally get to the invididual packages. While this certainly helps to ensure that you’re getting the exact services you need, it can be confusing. When you look at the actual features of each package, you’ll see that they do offer a nice quality hosting experience for their customers.
You can choose from either Linux or Windows for the operating system on any of the hosting they provide. For shared hosting, you are limited by 1 or 2 gigs of disk space and 1-10 gigs of bandwidth for their ‘personal’ shared options. If you need more than that, you can move up to premium business shared hosting or their unlimited shared hosting. All these options have different rates and different limitations (or no limits).
If you look at the VPS solutions they offer you’ll see that they have semi-dedicated servers, solid state drive VPSs and traditional VPS solutions to choose from. As expected, within each of these categories is multiple packages that you can select from.
The dedicated servers have just one category, which makes it a little easier. From that category you can choose different features that you need and you’ll get a custom quote. They do have some base packages if you just need something more generic. All the dedicated servers come with unlimited backups, and a Google Ads credit.
Nice Support Options
The support with this company seems to be very good. They have a number of nice tools such as a network speed test and video tutorials to help you get the most information possible from them. They also have a nice knowledge base and a news area where they let you know what is going on with their company. Getting in touch with their technical support team is fast and easy as well so you can get assistance when you need it.
Variety of Pricing Options
The prices aren’t too bad. since you have so many different hosting packages to choose from you can narrow it down and find the one that meets your needs at the price you want to pay. You won’t find that this is the cheapest hosting solution out there, but you do get what you pay for so that shouldn’t be an issue. The dedicated servers do have a ‘setup’ fee associated with them. While it is understandable, this is a practice most hosting providers are moving away from.
Quality Malaysian Hosting
Overall the actual hosting seems to be quite good. I don’t like how many different categories they have since even for someone who has a lot of experience with hosting, it is confusing. If you do want to consider this hosting provider, make sure you take some time and look at each option carefully to ensure you’re getting the exact services you need.

See most helpful advice. Their server is slow. TTFB 3s even from Singapore. Support asked me to get a CDN for malaysian traffic. Malaysian server btw.... Slow and not helpful support team. Just check the reviews here from Malaysian. switch or stay away from exabytes. Its really that bad
The plan "Ebiz Gold Pro" on a server with fair performance.
Premium Fees Paid(Ebiz Pro "SSD Hosting"), but get my websites hosted on a fair server. I found another web hosting company at almost the same price on the plan but their hosting server is better than Exabytes. I signed up and done the site migration to test. End up the server performs better than Exa. It's same level of hosting spec but I get my websites hosted in a server with better performance. I really cannot tell why they treat Business Hosting Plan this way. I choose them because of they are a reputable company in Malaysia. I guessed I'm wrong with it.
And, their online supports have a lot of improvement need to go. When you asking a question, they will take more than 5 - 15 minutes to reply.
When I complaint why my server is that kind of performance, they come back with a response and said "As we check, we find everything is okay for us."
What else can I say? I decided to make the switching.
If you want to reach their support by live-chat, that is only available from 9.00 am - 6.00 pm. They told me that technical support is available 24/7 by email. I didn't get any reply from them when I look for help for an urgent case(I also blanket urgent in email). So, now I got a good web hosting company that provides 24/7 support by live-chat no matter if you are looking for sales, billing, and technical. I prefer this.
