Not professional and internal departments seperated
domain renew till 2021 and further renew to 2023 in the morning after live chat with tech...but email by domain renewal team that our domain was not renew. Attached all invoices paid to verify that what they claimed was not correct. But still unable to get our company back in operations...in time of Covid19, how could such incident happened!!!

Their control panel system is absolutely fantastic My friend and l would like to say that you guys are so amazing. More and more of our clients are moving to your servers because you provide fast efficient and most of all helpful support. Transferred all my sites to them and no regrets. Their customer service is very helpful and professional. My page was attacked by script kiddies on several occasions and they helped me to harden my site against further attacks. It is so rare that you get good customer service nowadays.

I have already moved out from Exabytes due to personal reasons. When I did some reading here at Hostingadvice... being a Malaysian and being with them more than 10+years, I missed Exabytes... I then scroll about their reviews... Then I saw Gaveen... Yes, Gaveen in support is superb!! I missed him
I've been a customer for many years now, over 4. I've hold several accounts with them (shared and vps). Both of the services I have had with them, which are running many WordPress installations have been working great. My interaction with their support staff has been a pleasure to deal with and quite simply put, I have no complaints about this company.
I've read some of the other reviews on here regarding their billing. I've yet to have a problem with their billing staff. Always professional, prompt and definitely fair.
