Have been EvoVPS customer since day one and I was really satisfied with pricing, features, especially support.
All of a sudden EvoVPS got sold to other people and we got new management and support. Everything stayed the way it was but support and other features = 0/10 !!!
All of those features we had before and now we do not.
When asking support something or you need a faster resolution it may happen that the system automatically closes your ticket due to 3 days of inactivity, which means support didn't answered at all.
We had a downtime of 4 days without any explanation nor possibility to contact the host - because their website was down as well.
Maybe pricing is 10/10 but considering that their support sucks I wouldn't recommend it at all!
