Worst. 3days since i have bought this starter vps hosting. Nothing works.
checked with the chat team as to whether they will be able to ensure the initial setup. They said yes and bought the starter pack to try. Nothing works.
Nightmare is that the webuzo panel that they provide logs you out automatically in seconds. This is happening for the last more than 24 hrs and not yet got a solution.
poor technology they using, they do not help there is a person in the company his name is Lokesh he is so rude, and he do not help out whenever i need service.

Slow servers, site constantly down, they restored data from a backup and I lost orders and updates of two days.
The mediocre customer service agents just don't care. Not even an apology.

Never seen a company with such unskilled executives, they truely lack experience. DON'T USE THEM. I literally don't recommend it. If you want to waste your money go ahead and use them. I doubt if they steal your data as well using their so called OTP and Adhar verification.
