It is a worst of its kind. They suspend your website when it is running. I have purchased hosting service from them and they have suspended. all tickets and communication is still with me and can be shown to anyone. It was a very very unharmful site with just textual data developed for a connection between our friends. However they have suspended it after it is up and well running. It does not violate anythings and just store details of our friends (name/father name/ age) for about 150-200 friends. The worst thing is that they failed and did not replied me any cogent reason on their decision. Their attitude was as if they have given me hosting for free and even worst that it. Very rude, unresponsive, unreliable and irresponsible attitude. Do not recommend anyone to go there.
I subscribed to their service on 29-03-2023. After doing some work (mainly saving profiles of my friends which just include name and contact and nothing else). There were no images or videos on my site. Just a single table which contain this type data. Then one day they suspended my account without any reason. I contacted through ticket and provided everything and each bit of details but they have just 2 liner answer for my every reply which was that "Sorry we cannot continue". This attitude is very unfortunate for a company which claims to be custodian of data. I advice never ever opt this service. It is a big fraud.
Had a domain that got hacked. Extremely slow server and not to mention, their staff only gets back to put the problem on your shoulder. And guess what? they will close the ticket without solving anything.
Never pick calls. The worst thing is that you can not install any thing in WordPress. I requested to whom can take legal action against easyhost.pk. They did not received calls of customers.
They donot respond, I think its a one man company who bought servers from USA and now providing the most shity service. My client is waiting since a month for his website to get live. But i am stuck. They respond after a day or so which is useless. Never buy from them. Host your website somewhere else. Although their prices are cheap which is an attraction point for most of us who got scammed from them.
I am customer since last year september and i purchased reseller account whm, they migrated the server from srv14 to srv18 now whm login failed. I tried to contact Easyhost.pk owner but he didn't response yet even he do not receive the call. I am really upset, unable to create new cPanel user.
I bought premim best package, they don't fix the issues and don't reply! That one guy is doing all scam! Beaware of this scammer Poorest Service, servers are always down! DOn't buy for serious businesses
