Lost a dot.com and got triple charged for 3 domains
Been with these guys for a number of years. Today I realized they had charged me for a dot.com that had expired plus they triple charged me for three domains. Customer service did not tell the truth about 'your case being investigated - we will be back to you today'. Lost a ton of cash over the dot.com expiring. These guys are Monday to Friday. Customer service is offshore so don't expect good English or help. Used to be good but having money taken (I'll say taken but really it is theft) with no contact despite calling and specifically asking if I will hear today is totally unacceptable. They overcharged me by $200AUD. Would 100% not recommend this company.
Realised after 2 months our companies billing was not always going through or emails with attachments not coming to us costing contracts ... After 2 weeks. 7 calls. 5 broken promises for call backs have actually been asked to email customers who can't send emails to us to test sending emails... I have reminded them that they can't recieve the emails I send them so they can use themselves as the rest... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Failed to inform me about domain expiry. Charged me extra fees for renewal but refused to refund those upon request. Provided me emails logs proving they had failed to contact me as per their own T&Cs. Blamed me for not updating my contact details, when they have literally not changed in 10 years - they lost them in a system migration (yet my login is literally my email address and they still couldn't find it). Refuse point blank to consider any refund or rectifying action. Escalation met with same "No" response, without ever demonstrating they had actually done their job properly.
