Totally worst service, I will shift from creemhost to another reliable hosting, recently, they have updated their hosting to another server, but my whole database is curropt, even when I asked them to restore, they denied with reason of mismatch version, all my clients' are distrubed,

Sorry for this and every company keep updating database servers, your database not working with new db version, anyway we give you many options you know.
First of all we give you your all backup and ask for configure your DB with mariaDB 10, we also give you remaining days refund option if you want to shift anywhere,
