I made an inquiry to change my server plan (rather cheap one). The agent was competent, friendly, fast, and I was really somewhat impressed, I thought it might take some days to process, but they were able to book the change right there on the telephone, and make the new server activate in around 24 hours, I think. So this review is about their good customer support.
