They are quite reliabe and support is on point. Web africas web division has now moved to another company which they own, Gridhost.
Pricing is quite competitive as compared to other local hosts

A very unethical company that debits your account with fraudulent accounts. Somebody fraudulently opened an account with my banking details and I have been debited for 2 hostings for 3 years, thinking it was my website. 1-Grid too...Read Morek 2 months and refusing to refund me and they keep debiting my account. Most useless and criminal bunch I've come across. They hide behind a call centre and is half of the time closed. STAY CLEAR!!Less

The WORST service provider I have come across!
I will NOT recommend them at all!
No response to emails or tickets, not to mention that there is NO response on their so called "live chat" platform.
It takes on average about 20 m...Read Moreinutes for them to answer a call.
And on average 24 hours to respond (if they do respond).
You should just remove your so called "support" department completelyLess
