My AI Chat Experience

I clicked “Contact Us” and was greeted by GoDaddy’s virtual assistant. It identified itself as an AI and included a disclaimer that GoDaddy does not accept payment data over chat.

I asked a direct technical question about email configuration:

“What are the IMAP and SMTP server settings for GoDaddy email hosting?”

The AI responded within seconds with a complete, accurate answer:
