I'm very upset and highly disappointment with the lack of urgency or attention whatsoever from your end. I made an order for fibre on 12/06/2023 and from the "turnaround" time, I concluded that it was going to be too much of a wait for me, on 14/06/2023 I sent a cancellation request of which I'm still waiting on confirmation for, furthermore, you have flagged my address however, you have not tried to contact me again.
Please urgently send a cancellation confirmation so I can move on from this already terrible experience. I'm glad my gut was right
No customer service. , make you pay for a service that doesn’t exist. Worse call center , cut you off , will take phone and leave it alone while you talking. , don’t care about cleints.
No internet since 8 in complex and nowhere to report it!!!! Terrible, Shit, useless, unreliable company without proper systems and procedures for customers to communicate
Vox has absolute useless incompetent people, from A to Z, Empty promises for almost a month, was promised that my line would be installed after 25 days, either yesterday or today, took them 3 weeks to tell me the Octotel does not cover the complex I am staying in. Every time I am getting "brush off" responses. They are "investigating", they have escalated the matter, then this then that and and and. I have explained almost a month ago I am working from home and got a child studying online, they just laugh you off. I use 5 GB data a day, try and work it out how much money I spent on data this month. All the money spend on calls, all the time spend on emails. Useless absolutely useless.
Surely Vox Telekom do jou have to steal from jour customers to improve jour profits Selling n R899 service forR1699. Adding deductions for services not rendered. Doubling n months deduction.Vox has no integrity The worst is no refunds
Worst service ever...scam they won't return call,false promises all the time...rude and unprofessional, I regret taking the contract with them. I would not recommend this to anyone
We are having recurrent down times and itS extremely difficult to get help. Emails get nowhere. Please get a live chat going Vox! You need to be more customer focused.
