I recently started using VexxHost and I've been pleasantly surprised with the service. I was glad to have found a company with the all features I need (including openstack magnum) and until now I've had a good experience with them.
The VEXXHOST customer service has always impressed me. Recently, I was having troubles with my IP and had to send tickets. The responses were always so quick, informative and polite. The issue was solved smoothly and I couldn't ask for a better service. I would highly recommend them.

customer service is very poor. they give answers late to questions. They do not help.
