The hosting with this company is run in a very nice data center that has multiple fiber connections to the Internet. The data center also has redundant power supplies, fire suppression, security and more to keep your servers safe. The servers themselves are built with good quality hardware to help ensure stability of your sites.
I couldn’t find any current or former customers complaining about the stability of their hosting either, which is another good sign. They don’t, however, offer any type of uptime guarantee, which many people won’t like.
The hosting features with this company are mostly typical options that you’ll see with any provider. They offer shared hosting, VPS and dedicated solutions. The shared hosting starts with two gigs of disk space, which is not bad at all. They also provide unlimited bandwidth on all their packages. Included with all their shared hosting is a nice website creator to help you design a good looking page.
When you move up to the VPS level you will be assigned a set amount of CPU and RAM. They have three package options starting at 1 core of a CPU with 1 gig of RAM and going up to 2 cores with 4 gigs. None of these options are top of the line when it comes to VPS solutions, but they will provide you with a good stable web environment for your site. They also offer full root access and weekly backups on all VPS packages.
Dedicated hosting is a nice option for those who need full control of their web hosting. They only have one server setup available, but it looks like you can work with a sales professional to make a custom solution to meet your needs. The base package has an Intel XEON CPU, 8 gigs of RAM and a 1 TB hard drive.
The tech support from this company is easy to access through their live chat, tickets or phone. They also offer video tutorials, written documentation and more to help you to learn more about hosting and how you can run your site properly.
This hosting company has good pricing options at all levels, but there are some concerns. First, they charge annually rather than monthly, which many people won’t like. Next, you need to make sure to note that the currency symbol for the Chilean Peso is the same as for the American dollar (at least when typed out) so it can be a little confusing. The entry level shared hosting package is $24,900 per year (PESOs!). That converts to a little over $35 (dollars) per year. For a shared hosting plan this is quite affordable but not the lowest I’ve ever seen.
As you move up to higher level hosting, the prices will go up but they always remain either at or below the average prices for similar hosting plans.
