Have rarely had issues. When occasionally I have (usually my own fault) the support team was at first concise and professional, but as the problem evolved became very personal and engaging. And always effective. Schedules support fees often waived.
When their system was found to be problematic they recommended alternative means of solving the problem and bumped an advisory note up to their developers.
I can't understand how some people can be disappointed by SK Gold ... These guys are so great and offer such great prices! Always there (personally!) When we need help, everything works perfectly ... I have more than 10 domain names parked under my unlimited hosting plan, all covered by free SSL. . Simply incredible.
