I share my experience with you, a couple of months ago I made a sponsorship with said company for a gaming community project with quite a few members, they were interested and we made the contract "for obvious reasons it was not free because they were going to have relevance and possible new customers"
Two weeks ago the server went down for no reason, from that day on I entered a ticket and wrote every day what was happening and they only told me "please wait"
Today they finally answered me, after I searched for them again myself and what they tell me is that the server hardware failed and that now I must pay to recover the information
His comment was that they are not responsible for the hardware, the first company I have seen that does something like that, because it is what they sell, I mean they are not responsible for what they sell. And also charging to recover my own information, that is where a possible fraud leads, they give you a server for a while, use it, then "something happens" and to recover the information you must pay
I understand if it was due to something that a customer did or a customer recovered a bakcup for example, but by mistake of their own products
Now, I have all of this mentioned backed up by emails and with evidence, in case anyone wants to demonstrate what I have mentioned, I am happy to share it.
I hope it doesn't happen again with any person, because in the end two months of programming and data that I had on that server are lost and I can do it again, but the experience and lack of professionalism I hope it doesn't happen to anyone again.

But after checking the issue in depth we come to know that we didn't see any promotional or branding activities running from your side under Sponsorship project as generally if any service provider provide any product or services free of cost(under sponsor ship agreement ) then it is defined that using these product and services the user of this services perform promotional and branding activities which includes list of services offered by the service provider. This will indirectly helps to increase the website traffic and number of incoming inquiries which seems missing in this whole project. But as a result we did not got any leads generated nor got any benefit of this sponsorship
And regarding data ,datacenter is also taking charges from us,thats the only reason we have updated you regarding the cost,
And we always recommend clients to take the backup service as well to avoid these situations,
I apologize again for any inconvenience this caused you.

Using this service for 6 months now. No problem whatsoever. In case something happens the support solves it right away. Will use their products in the future, I really hope they will extend their VPS countries also.

For two weeks tech support cannot restore us access to our server's IPMI.

All the options provided by technical support specialists are not working. It seems that the options provided to the client are not checked beforehand by your support team. I guess the task of your specialists is not to solve the client's problem, but just to close the ticket faster.
One working option via your RDP server was provided. Our company policy forbids us to use a third-party RDP server for our productions. Access to the IPMI must be direct, possible via VPN.
The character of our work is such that we need to have access to IPMI at any time.
When we rented a server from you, we immediately pointed this out and you promised to provide permanent access to IPMI
Sometimes resolution can take sometime but we always try to solve the issues of our clients. We have reviewed the ticket and we would like to inform you that we have given you the IPMI access now and you will not face any such issues further.
